For vibecoders who hate support tickets

Omnically is theAI receptionistfor your online products.

It answers presales questions, handles support on email & WhatsApp, keeps a card for every customer, and follows up — while you keep building.

Setup in 3 minutes. Paste your product's URL, it writes its own instructions.

No credit card · you approve every reply

Now you're a helpdesk.

You shipped a product — and now the same handful of questions land round the clock, at the worst hours. Every one of them is answered somewhere on your own site, and every one of them costs you the hour you were going to spend building.

One question, start to finish

This is the whole product. A customer calls, it reads your pages, it answers on the spot, the card updates itself, a follow-up gets scheduled automatically.

CustomerHey — do you ship to Canada, and how long does it take?

It remembers
to come back

The money isn't in the answer, it's in the second message. After every reply it decides whether a nudge is worth it and when — then reminds you, or sends it itself.

Setup in 3 minutes

No prompt to write, no knowledge base to fill, no flow to draw.

01

Paste your URL

Omnically reads your landing page, your pricing, your docs and your FAQ — the same pages a customer would read before asking.

02

It writes its own instructions

No prompt engineering. It drafts what your product is, who it's for, what it costs, and what it must never promise. You edit a line if you disagree.

03

Point a channel at it

Forward your support address, plug a WhatsApp relay, or drop the widget in. Answers land in your inbox as drafts until you flip auto-reply on.

What it writes about you, before you type a word

“Kanbanly is a $12/mo project board for solo founders. Free tier: 3 boards. No self-hosting. Refunds within 14 days, no questions. Never promise an API — it's on the roadmap, not shipped.”

Wherever they write you

Email

Forward support@

Every inbound mail becomes a conversation, threaded per customer. It replies from your address, keeps the subject line, and stops when a human takes over.

WhatsApp

Where they actually write

Short answers, no markdown, three sentences max — tuned for a phone screen. Connect any relay that can POST a webhook.

Widget

On the product itself

One POST to your ingest URL. Pre-sales questions get answered where the doubt happens: on the pricing page, at 1am, while you sleep.

A CRM that fills
itself in

Every person who writes gets a card. Their stage moves on its own as the conversation goes — lead, trial, customer, churned. Their tags come from what they actually asked about. Their note is written after each reply.

  • No fields to fill, ever
  • Full history on one screen
  • Search by tag: everyone who asked about the API

Things you're right to ask

Will it invent things about my product?+
It only answers from what it read on your site, and every draft cites the page it came from. When the answer isn't in there, it says so and flags the conversation for you instead of guessing.
Does it send replies without me?+
Not until you say so. Auto-reply is off by default: everything lands as a draft you approve, edit or bin. Turn it on per product once you trust the drafts — it still escalates anything it's unsure about.
What if my docs change?+
Hit resync and it re-reads your site. Anything you wrote by hand in the knowledge base survives a resync — only the crawled pages get replaced.
How does it handle refunds, pricing exceptions, angry people?+
It doesn't. Those are flagged as needs-review and land at the top of your inbox with the customer's full history and a suggested reply. You stay the one who decides.
What's a customer card?+
One card per person, built automatically: their stage (lead, trial, customer, churned), their tags, and a running note of everything they've ever asked. No CRM to fill in.
Which model is behind it?+
Claude, through our own gateway. You don't bring a key and you don't pick a model — it's part of the product.
